Willi Kissmer (* 21 December 1951 in Duisburg; † 27 July 2018 ibid) was a German rock musician, graphic artist, sculptor and painter.

While studying free graphic design in Essen, Willi Kissmer also worked as a rock musician and founded the Duisburg band Bröselmaschine as a guitarist together with Peter Bursch and others. After his studies, various study trips took him to Egypt, Greece, Italy, the Soviet Union, South America and Turkey, among others.

In 1980 he initially ended his career as a rock musician and turned to painting. In 1984 he set up his first etching workshop and the first cloth pictures, which became typical of his work. From 1985 onwards he made his first torsos. In 1989 he bought the Homberg lifting tower in Duisburg and set up his studio there; from 2001 he set up an additional summer studio in Burgundy. His paintings, etchings and art prints have been exhibited internationally.
